The virtual machine version is not compatible with the version of the  host “ESX01” The version of the IO Filter(s) ‘VEE_bootbank_veecdp_11……’ configured on the VM’s disk are not compatible with the one installed on  the destination host

Veem replication veya her hangi bir replication uygulaması kullanıyorsanız ve ESXi hostlarınızdan bir kaçında IO Filter status “Error” veriyor ise hata veren host üzerinden vmotion yapamayabilirsiniz. Bunun nedeni ise guest vm üzerinde Veeam uygulamasının oluşturduğu storage policy’dir. ESXi host Storage policy’i görmediği için vMotion işlemi olmayacaktır.

Sorunun geçici çözümü için aşağıdaki ekran görüntüsünde gördüğünüz gibi default policy’e çekebilirsiniz veya Veeam policy haricindebir policy de seçebilirsiniz. Bütün diskler üzerindeki policy değiştikten sonra guest vm migrate olacaktır.

Not: Storage Policy’nin değişmesi diskin boyutuna göre zaman alabilir.
